Fred Rodio, Client Experience Team Lead

Fred leads our Client Experience team, and is responsible for managing client requests, collaborating with our engineers to define and deliver optimal solutions, and ensuring successful outcomes.

He joined the company in 2021 and brings more than 10 years of experience working in client-facing roles for companies like Snappy, Unbound Tech, and Informed.co. During his career, Fred has served clients like Microsoft, Salesforce, Facebook, Uber, Binance, and others across the medical and e-commerce industries.

He holds a Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
