Spotlight on RubyLaw: RubyLaw Super Template

The RubyLaw Super Template helps marketers and business developers accelerate content publication, while also providing greater flexibility than a “normal” custom template. Developed as a completely modular page, the RubyLaw Super Template uses a series of page-parts, or zones, that enable RubyLaw users to display a wide range of content in an open-ended format.

How can this be achieved?
The RubyLaw Super Template’s modular back-end lets users stack and combine zones to form the complete content page. For instance, consider three zones: A pull quote, a photo placeholder, and a text box. These three page-parts could be set side-by-side, stacked, or combined in any number of ways, giving RubyLaw users the power to curate and control layout to optimally display many different types of content.

Does the RubyLaw Super Template come pre-configured?
Yes, it does, with further modifications available. The best practices implementation includes a variety of zones to support numerous layouts for the display of common media elements (images, video, audio files, and podcasts), pull quotes, and professional (lawyer) highlights.

How can the RubyLaw Super Template be put to use?
Having a modular layout provides a balance between flexibility and constraint, keeping your brand standards intact while allowing users to experiment with layout and create dynamic, new content sections on your website, microsite, or blog.

Implementation is also flexible and efficient. Our team can follow the existing design direction for your RubyLaw-powered website, or we can customize the Super Template to a custom design direction provided by your team or a design partner.

Can you share examples of the RubyLaw Super Template in action?
We sure can, thanks for asking. Our clients at Seyfarth have used this flexible template for the Seyfarth COVID Resource Center, as well as the 2019 Year in Review. Milbank has leveraged the RubyLaw Super Template to create a specialized section for its Greek and Cyprus Practice. Most of the Latham & Watkins Careers website content is also delivered via a customized Super Template.
